Bachanalia
Round the World is broadcasting this week from Carnegie Hall in a spectacular Bacchanalia concert program. We will be hearing masterpieces by Johann Sebastian Bach, music by three of his sons, music by Antonio Vivaldi arranged by Bach, and a plethora of pieces inspired by Bach. Mr Bach, you may recall, was born in 1685, and his titan influence echoes through the present day.
